About these terms
eriksolsen.com is run by Erik Olsen Photography, an automotive photography business in Austin, Texas, owned by Erik Olsen. "I" and "we" below mean Erik Olsen Photography. By using the site, or by opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.
Using the site
Use the site to see my work, learn about my services and get in touch. Please don't send spam through the forms or try to break the site. What I collect when you use it is in the Privacy Policy.
Photos on this site
The photos and films on eriksolsen.com belong to Erik Olsen Photography unless a page says otherwise. Please ask before using them anywhere else.
Shoots and your photos
The details of a shoot, like the price, date, what's delivered and how you can use the photos, are agreed with you when you book. Your photos are delivered in a private online gallery.
SMS Terms
- What these texts are: Erik Olsen Photography texts from its business line, (737) 271-8685, about your inquiry: questions about photo and video services, your quote, scheduling and confirming your shoot, and letting you know when your photos are ready. They're one-to-one conversations with me, not marketing. I don't send promotional texts.
- How you opt in: by ticking "Text me about my inquiry" on the contact form and giving your mobile number, or by texting (737) 271-8685 yourself. Opting in isn't required to book a shoot.
- How often: message frequency varies with the conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
- Opting out: reply STOP at any time to stop all texts. You'll get one text confirming it, then no more. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP, or email erik@eriksolsen.com.
- Delivery: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy.

If these terms change, this page changes with them, and the date at the top says when.
