Peru Red 1974 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa

This duckbill 1974 Carrera painted in a unique shade of Peru Red is a favorite of mine. A wonderful, highly original (or so we thought) Carrera.

Turned out that when listing the car, we realized it had a Jones Autoworks 2.2L, instead of the original 2.7L engine. It didn’t have a huge impact on the final number, as Bob Jones has a great reputation as a Porsche engine builder.

Hopefully the new owner is driving hard and loving their purchase.
